How to return

To initiate a return, please use the return label provided by us and hand in your parcel at the designated carrier. If you do not have a return label, please contact our customer service via phone or email (info@primebags.co.uk). Please note that the timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Please be aware that this voluntary return policy does not apply to personalized products. However, your statutory rights, including your legal cancellation right and any product defects, remain unaffected by this policy.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your reimbursement within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as your initial transaction. Rest assured that you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
